•    02.02.2005     Mein Training im "F 1" in Dottelweil

Hello Friends...
I hope you all had a good New Years Party and got into 2005 on a good note.
Well I thought I would just tell you all what’s going on at the moment.
I still can’t ride so I am training really hard physically. The people at gym want me to start paying rent :o))
It is called T1 and it’s in a town called Dottelweil. (About 15 min from where I live.)
I am spending allot of time there.
I have some pics of the place so you can get an idea of where I am camping at the moment. :o)
As you all know I am a South African so that means I don’t go out doors unless it’s over 15°c + ;o)
Ok So I don’t train out doors...
My training plan has allot of variation in it. This makes it fun.
I must say My Trainer Stephan Nüsse from the Sporthochschule in Köln knows how to keep me motivated.
They are on the newest level and it shows.
Any way comming back to whats going on...
I am REALLY looking forward to going riding !!!
It was a big knock back not being able to do my school in Spain and here once again I want to apologize to all the Riders who wanted to go with me...
I will be down in Spain (I hope ) in the last week of February.
I will be spending 14 days of riding time on my Seibert KX

I have allot of schools happening in March and April so look into my time Table for more Details.
