On my track at last and not only that I was on a 450 again....
The weather was looking strange but the internet said it would hold.
I was pumped to be on my 450 at last.
The track was very fast. I was loving it.
I was 1st reserve rider and I had been really nervous about hoping to ride.
As it turned out I Poor James Noble couldn’t make it so I was in.
On Saturday The first Practise went well I was looking forward to racing.
In time training I ended up 13th.
I had a restful night and couldn’t wait to race.
We had changed my clutch last night and it made a huge difference to the response of the bike.

1st race

I was out the gate slow and brake and went inside coming out to 13.
The race was on...
I was riding easy when the bike started coughing on top end.
That was on the 5th lap.
It was frustrating because I would lose 2 sec on a bad lap ,due to the moto ,and catch it up with in a half a lap when it was working again .
I could see 10th place just in front of me .
On the last lap the bike stopped causing me to DNF the race. I was pretty upset about that . All that hard work for nothing.
It turned out that the carburettor pulled it self out of the cylinder.

2nd race

This time I was better out of the start .
I still braked early for the first corner and dived in to the inside coming out 12th.
It was a good race and I ended 12 th.
Put me into 23 th place in the MX 1 class.
I wish I had ridden since race 1.
Thank you to all my fans who came and congratulated me.
I must still say sorry that I didn’t have any autogramm cards but in Gaildorf for sure.

Looking forward to the DMX
